If you receive your saber broken due to shipping or other reasons, we will happily assist you to fix it. Email us a video of the problem, so we can diagnose what happened and get a replacement to you asap! We recommend taking the battery out and putting it back in, then charging it for a few hours. Sometimes the saber just needs a reset.

Yes! Blades can be screwed into the saber hilt and screwed off the hilt whenever you'd like.
